Join us in Manchester for the CADDA Annual Conference

Events, Conferences and Webinars
Universities and Education

We have designed a stimulating meeting programme with exceptional industrial/academic speakers covering the entire spectrum of diagnostics – from development to application and adoption to point of care. As well as short presentations from our exemplar projects, we will provide updates on our CKTV-funded projects. Throughout the day there will also be a focused workshop and a topical panel session covering new and exciting developments and challenges in the diagnostic field.

Built for networking, this meeting is a great chance to connect and showcase your work. We encourage you to present a poster. There will be a poster prize, and a number of bursaries are available for Early Career Researchers, so please share this with any ECRs colleagues who might not be members of CADDA but would benefit from attending the conference.
Sessions and speakers include:

  • Session 1 - Current big areas of diagnostics - Al Edwards (University of Southampton), Siddarth Banka (University of Manchester).

  • Session 2 - Working models and scenarios - Bill Newman (University of Manchester), Jacqui Matthews (Austin Davis Biologics Ltd), Matt Gibson (University of Manchester), Sumeet Mahajan (Brainalyze) & Tushar Jhanwar (University of Kent).

  • Session 3 - Translation from idea to diagnostic product – selected CKTV projects.
